The full Traditional Embroidery Experience takes about 60–90 minutes. You choose an item, design and thread colours, learn the basic steps, and take your own embroidered piece home. It works especially well when you want to do something rather than simply wait for the rain to stop.

A rainy afternoon is a good time to stop treating the itinerary as a checklist. Tam Coc has cafés and restaurants around the boat station and main village roads. Use the wettest part of the day for lunch, coffee or tea, then reassess the weather rather than committing to a long outdoor journey.
